ADJUNCT PROFESSOR

Advertising and Promotion MKTG 3033 - Spring 2021

I teach +70 students for this accelerated 7-week class.

 

In 3 weeks, I designed the course curriculum with UX strategies, accessibility, and Bloom’s Taxonomy to create the first-ever online Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) course for Arkansas State University.

I provide leadership for 2 Academic Assistants that help with grading and student retention.

My curriculum includes 7 Modules, 22 quizzes, 7 Essays, weekly discussion boards, and an interactive capstone Integrated Marketing Communications Plan project.

 

 
 

ACADEMIC ASSISTANT

Through Instructional Connections, I support Professors at various Universities across the US.

Duration: July 2020 - Present

  • I provide academic support for graduate students and assist Professors with grading quizzes, tests, and research papers.

  • I foster connection, inclusion, and enhance retention for students experiencing isolation in an online learning environment. 

  • I utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, and Canvas.

STCM 5463 (Summer 2020 and Spring 2021)

An accelerated 5-week course for +40 graduate students.

 

I support students through Mimic Pro, an eCommerce simulation where students manage keyword research, create text ads, optimize landing pages, and A/B test new ideas for increased ROAS during ten ad campaign rounds with a total budget of $50,000.

Manage curriculum including; Paid Search Marketing, Analytics, On-Site SEO, Off-Site SEO, Display Advertising, Web Optimization, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Online Reputation Management, Mobile Marketing, and Digital Strategy.

Lead students through defining and implementing the 4 P’s, creating a marketing plan, and making strategic marketing decisions.

Manage curriculum including; Marketing Mix, Marketing Plan, Strategic Planning, SWOT Analysis, Consumer Behavior, Market Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning, Product and Service Decisions, Marketing Channels, Market Research, Integrated Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty and Empowerment.
