About

Before focusing on UX, I spent time in marketing, brand strategy, and CX. While all of that was exciting, I realized marketing could only do so much, and it felt like a band-aid solution to some bigger problems. I was curious to get to the roots of customer issues and actively work to resolve them. I love UX because it allows me to explore how to collaboratively build useful products alongside users while being more nimble and efficient with business resources to exceed business goals.

My areas of expertise are:

1. Project Management + Leadership: As the head of the largest internal organization at an enterprise-size fin-tech company, I led +50 direct stakeholders managing 3-10 research projects at a time.

2. Strategic end-to-end User Research: I am able to quickly build a research roadmap that tackles big business goals while being nimble with the resources available to build research studies, execute them, circulate and implement research findings.

3. Tangible Research ROI: Through the development of my Research Democratization Training Program, I’ve saved +2.5 full years of dedicated research time by scaling unmoderated usability testing research studies.
